Doesn't mention anything about service history.
Seems very cheap though.
I wonder what is meant by a little TLC.
Does anyone know this car?

TLC = Tender Loving Care.

Could be a bargain for someone or a money pit. Look at the surroundings that it is parked in. Could just be that the dealer has no interest in Ferraris and just wants shot, still very cheap though.

TLC = Thousands in Legaltender / Cash

Would be fun though and presumably the Testarossa will never go a low as ropey old 400i's etc as they have so much presence...

Well i'm an Esprit person myself & a wise man once told me theres nothing more expensive than a cheap Esprit. Surely the same can be said for a cheap Testarossa.

Interesting though....

Well it is about 15K below the value of a similar year & milage minter. So I doubt he is trying to just get rid of it.

If you're after a car to use and drive, then I wonder how much you'd need to spend to get it running A1. Would it be as much as 15K?

If you're after a garage queen, then it is probably a bargain, as it'll just need a good clean, then you look at it, to your hearts content.

The ad said service record that does not mean full I guess but I would be surprised if it has all the services carried out in line with recomendations it is now 21 years old after all and some usually go astray!
Plenty of spares at Euro have just broken a flood damage car it is in Autocar this week.

Hmm, I wonder if that's a mate's boss' ex-car. It was stored at his warehouse in Attercliffe when Sheffield flooded. Shame, that car actually was a minter.

A mate of mine bought a testarossa a few months back, £30,000 with 28k and already spent 5-6 grand fixing bits here and there

Why not go and take a look at it? You might have yourself a bargain

Those seats are odd. They kinda look modern in a funky, Japanese city car kinda way.

Doesn't look too bad but get it properly checked over. A duff engine / electrics / diff will cost a fortune to sort. Bear in mind the price and if it needs £5 - £6k's worth of work it could still be worth it.

Still seems very cheap at £19,995 though?????

They are great cars, far better to drive than most people imagine. My one was in good nick but I've still spent best part of £3k this year on belts, cooling fans, rad, a/c system, general stuff, oh and a really shiny nice n' loud exhaust biglaugh

sounds great, but could cost a fortune in pastel coloured linen suits and loafers with little gold bars. Maybe if they threw in some Jan Hammer audio cassettes it could clinch the deal. Get Terry Tibbs to negotiate and it could really be a bargain.
Did see one go at auction, post sale for about £23-34k, nice looking car previously owned by Pete Waterman, so not a complete surprise.

Looks a bit odd to me. Exhaust trims look like after market, interior has a ver strange colour combination going on, the bright red leather and cream speaker cover, etc. Just my initial thoughts

Worth a punt at that price-its cheap for TR. Belt service for £1400 and some body work for about a grand. Only expensive thing could be (failing it being a total turd) will be the tyres as its a UK TR they use Michelin TRX and they are mega bucks. Then again its not as though mine were easy to find either frown

A friend of mine bought a very good looking TR for £23k recently, with good service history, but still ended up spending a further £8k just to get it right.
What do they say? "You can't polish a turd".
