Yeah, nice one chaps. Guy wants a bit of advice and gets abuse for his typing/spelling.

Anyway, i'm no expert, but i know suspension bushes can wear quickly. Clutches on early cars came in for some criticism, but by the sound of it you have an E clutch, so not an issue for you. Rear diff can be a bit clonky, quite normal but a little irritating - additives make this a lot better.
The dealers know all the common faults, do what i did and take it in for an inspection before the warranty runs out and they will give it a good check over relatively inexpensively. I recall LHW will do this for about £200.

I do, but if we expect courtesy, it would be nice to show some.

Replying on behalf of my brother as his caps lock key as over heated and blown his computer up.
Firstley he's been a member for 6 days not 6 months, secondly hes not talking bull and will post a picture at the weekend to prove that, it is a shame that these comments get in the way of a very informative forum.

If you want some peace of mind, get either Sean at HR Owen London (or equivalent) to give it a complete inspection including compression test. It might cost up to £500 (mine cost £700 on a Murcie) to get a full inspection, but it is worth it as you pointed out the extended warranty is never going to cover anywhere near what you would ideally want. Trouble is, you have left it pretty close to the wire...
