Help needed please

I own a 360 Spider and have a number of questions I would really appreciate help on. Hopefully some of you are as bored as I am with the awful weather and Chrismas break so could afford some time for advice!
1) The car needs a big service and I was thinking of using Independent. Anyone recommend a good Indi in Surrey/Kent/Berks area? I heard good things about QVLondon in Ascot but would appreciate any comments on them or anyone else.
2)Tyres. I am coming up to needing 4 new. Currently has Pirelli P Zeros. Any other recommended. I am not tracking car but enjoy spirited road use. Plus any recommended sources for better prices would be helpful.
3)Wheel Refurb. One wheel has slight curbing thanks to helpful multi-storey car park designers! Any recommended refurb companies again in Surrey or nearby counties.
4) "Go faster bits". Do any of the advertised add ons like free flow air filters, exhausts etc really make a difference?
5) Warantee. Currenyly has warantee supplied by dealer but runs out in January. Car is 5 years old in Jan. Is it worth getting warantee? If so any recommended companies.
