I'll agree, we did have a major fall out with the American owner as he simply didn't get the UK sense of humour. however, as a Ferrari dedicated site it has no peers and i have started posting again now after a break.

It was a breakaway from F.Chat that created the UK based ClubScuderia ... but I am afraid that I do get very fed up with the constant bickering and in jokes that seems to prevail there.

Another member of FChat, CS and PH here. I've only driven 3 laps of a car park in a Ferrari though so God only knows how I managed to post on all three
On the Rob Lay note, he is a great big tit, but the knowledge on FChat of all types of Ferraris including the classic stuff is phenomenal and a very enlightening read most days

& me but only a handful (literally) of posts and have not even looked at it for a couple of months. The sense of humour "discussion" did not do anyone any favours IMO and there seemed to be quite a bit of bickering between members/ mods/ management, lost interest frankly.

I have lost interest recently but it is another trusted alternative to Pistonheads. Nothing comes close to Pistonheads though!!

Yep, me too. Used to be a great place. I even subscribed (for 5 years IIRC) and then promptly all but stopped posting. Bickering and cliqueness isnt really my thing.

You cant argue with the knowledge on there though, its phenominal.

Wouldn't mind a bit of advice here chaps - I am on ClubS and have found them a friendly and helpful crew but the site does not seem to cater for the, ahem , more middle aged F cars.

Does Fchat have sections for the poorer 70s cousins?

It certainly does. Have a look at the main forum page and there are specific sections for everything from Vintage Fcars to modern Hypercars!
