430 Scud Delivery Dates

When are the first UK cars due for delivery? Anyone on here got their name down for one of the first cars? Really looking forward to seeing these on the roads.

When I specced mine I was told realistically it would be q2, 2008. There are around 70 UK cars being delivered this year and a handful of those will go to club fiorano as thats what they will be using now instead of the 360 and 430 challenges.

I've seen a light blue metallic one on Italian plates (LHD) on the A40 flyover about a month ago already. Looked and sounded divine!

from what I can see off of PH, CS , FC I think there are ~10 of the 2008 cars going to "forum" regulars

Feb sounds way to early, I thought the first UK delivery dates were April - and if Fiorano are using the cars I guess they will want them for the start of the season so that will be the first 6 UK cars

According to my dealer first cars will arrive in April....mine in May/June. We shall see.

I must say, I don't think I'd mind LHD, good enough for Carrera GT, F40 and Barchetta

My understanding is that first deliveries are mid-march.

I was told I was getting an 'early' car by salesman. Now told that delivery is December 2008. This is despite Ferrari UK confirming that 'early' means within the first 6 months and that I should be within top 5 of dealers list.

Dealer Principal no longer returns my call for the last month despite holding £30k of my money!! If no reply in next week it is either set the lawyers on them or cancel order. Any suggestions?

I'm told March,but you can expect a phone call out of the blue to say that your car is in the Uk Sir and will be here tomorrow !

You buy a racecar from them and they still don't give you an early car?
