Fairly sure they haven't finished building the Superleggera as yet...

and yes, the UK branch of ALULP (Automobili Lamborghini Unlikely Location for Production) stopped building any cars some 7 or 8 months ago when they ran out of excuses for not paying the rent on their palatial premises and the last of the giant tins of Nescafé was empty..

Betcha' Lamborghini stop when they hit the '5,000 Gallardos built' mark and release the Gallardo 6.0

Deemed as the worst selling modern day Lamborghini here over in the States. You just can't shift them for love nor money which is strange as they are a great car and significantly cheaper

I think there were 350 cars produced worldwide for 2007, 110 cars for North America.

Don't know UK numbers

Lamborghini dealer told me 2350 new cars were distributed worldwide for 2007.

To be fair the car they sell in America isn't really the same - doesn't even have race seats in it

could be some (relative) bargains to be had this year if those production/sales numbers are correct. What about a one make race series, that would use a quite a few. I can organise it, just need a few investors, anyone game??
