camping at F1 silverstone

hey there guys

Im planning on supriseing my girlfriend this year buy takeing her to the f1 at silverstone. We usually go to the moto gp where you can camp and watch the race and stay on the circuit.

basically are there camping facilities at silversone like donnington park, and does anyone know of contact numbers or possible websites I can go onto.

this would be very much appreciate and im sure to make my girlfriends day

When I go I always camp at Whittlebury Hall they open up their grounds for camping and it backs right onto the back of the circuit.

I was recomended for Whittlebury park, it's my first year. By the way the golf course plots are gone so you can only get the cheaper slightly further away from the circuit farm plots. It cost me £115 but i'm sure price is going up end of this month so i'd phone and find out.

Whittlebury park- 01327 850000. Think it was louise that sent me the forms, you can get the camping forms from the website. www.whittlebury.com/camping.html I sent a cheque through the post with the forms, think its an extra £15 after January, befores £115.

Hi We camped at the Grand Prix last year and stayed at the Silverstone Rally School. I think they tend to only take motor homes and caravans on hard standing but its in a great position. They open up a coffee bar for full english breakfast as well and that was great. The price was much better than what we found elsewhere and its only 5 mins walk to the circuit. Its in a nice quiet spot as well and they also had a drinks bar. They can be contacted on 01327 857413
