Hi there,
I asked the same question last week. My thread was here:
http://pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&t...
Further to that, I thought long and hard about trying a different manufacturer (kreissieg £6k!!) to get the 355 sound out of the 430, but the tubi on the 430 sounds so much better than stock (although not 355esque) and having had a tubi on my other Ferraris I know the quality is up there and I wouldn't risk putting anything else on my car. I don't want or need any extra hassles so the tubi is the known quantity for me and what I've now ordered.
I couldn't live with the stock exhaust anymore, it just sounds so "manufactured" and the tips keeps rusting!!!

The guys at Scuderia systems say "the law is emphatic: Irrespective of what your dealer may or may not tell you, it is ILLEGAL for your warranty to be invalidated by the Tubi exhaust. (or any single mod) by ANY dealer. In the event that the Tubi itself causes damage to the car (this has never happened) then WE will rectify this issue ourselves"
Having 3yrs 11 months left of my warranty it is something very precious to me!

I'm with you on the manufactured sound of the stock car. What was the lead time for your order? I want to get it done before le mans ideally, but need to get this vibration in the door sorted before I start bolting on extras.
I ordered on Friday, not totally sure when it arrives but should be in next week or two. With regards to the warranty question, my other Ferrari tubis was fitted by a MAIN dealer Ferrari centre, and this one will be the same. It's in for warranty work now and will have the tubi fitted then! There is no way the warranty will be effected, as they never said diddly squat last time.tezza said:

They are correct. Invalidating a warranty due to use of non OE parts is contrary to European and UK law.Having 3yrs 11 months left of my warranty it is something very precious to me!
In 2003 I had a brand new 360 spider with a roof which wouldnt lock down. Maranellos refused to repair it even though it was about to rain because of the Tubi. They offered to remove the exhaust for some ridiculous price before they tended to the warranty work. If they tried that today I would sue them and win hands down.
