Hi there,

Tend to keep any eye on the second hand Murcielago market just incase those six little numbered balls pop out of that machine on a Saturday night. After all I need to know whos door I am going to be beating down at 9am on Sunday laugh

Anyway, spotted an advert in this weeks Autocar for a Murcielago 40th Anniversary thats for sale in the UK. The 40th Anniversary is a rare car and there are only a few (3 or 4 I think) currently in this country. This one just seems to good to be true.

Here is the description from the dealers website: -

"2004/53 Lamborghini Murcielago 40th Anniversary finished in Artemis Verdis. 14,500 miles
6 SPEED MANUAL,ALPINE STEREO 6 DISC C/D INCLUDING SAT NAV,ONE OF ONLY 2 CARS IN THE UK!!!!!!!ONLY 50 MADE WORLDWIDE,DONT MISS THIS CHANCE TO BUY THIS EXTREMELY RARE SUPERCAR,BLACK AND WHITE LEATHER INTERIOR,COLOUR CODED BRAKE CALIPERS,TOTALLY UNMARKED AND IMMACULATE AS YOU EXPECT.
This car comes with a 3 month warranty"

and heres a picture (although I think this may be a library picture like the others: -

The dealers name is ready2retail and there site is here: - www.ready2retail.co.uk

The advert in Autocar says the car is up for £125,000 although on the website it is shown as £119,990.

This seems really cheap to me especially considering that Lamborghini Birmingham have a 2003/03 Murcielago with 5384 miles for £119,500 and Graypaul have a 2003/53 Murcielago with 15,000 miles for £115,000.

Anyone know this dealer or know this particular car ? (ruttboy seems to be an authority on the 40th Anniversaries).

I am not affiliated to this dealer just curious as to whether this car is for real.

Regards

Tim

I like the colour too, especially with the wheels that go with it. Only seen one in the flesh once at Oulten Park and it looked fantastic. Does seem a low price too, anyone had any experience with the dealer?
