Taking my 360 down to Marseilles at end of April and need an overnight stop about half way down - not too far away from the motorway - can anyone recommend a good 5 star - chateux or similar - with safe parking of course!

Not a specific hotel but I always check www.tablethotels.com first.
Boutique hotel site. They always have something suitable (for me).

Good luck

Tiny bit more than half way but well worth it - Michelin starred restaurant - stunning rooms and always some nice motors there, my fave hotel in the world. Also 15mins from m'way...

Also doing the same at the end of April as well (24th-27th).

Taking a 308 and a 911 down to Monaco. Going to take the long route down and take about 3 days rather than the normal 11 hour blast.

No hotel yet and also got to finalize the route.

Definately seconded, nice and relaxed, good location and most importantly their car park is a secure facility.

Go the real long way round via the Millau bridge biggrin

More good hotels on Relais & Chateau, but don't normally stop until we reach the med.
