Team Modena - Lambo Gallardo - GT3 Events

The 2008 GT3 Race Series thread - its time to mobilise the troops to support the Team Modena Gallardo in the GT3 Series.

I've been speaking with Graham Shultz (Team Modena Principal) over the last few weeks, and we are going to organise main events around the 4 races that are likely to get the best turnouts (edit: Oulton Park and Brands Hatch have passed)

- 11th / 12th October - Donnington

The idea is to re-run the excellent day a lot of us enjoyed at the LMS Event last September (Team Modena's DB9GT), so lots of convoys in from various corners of the UK, dedicated priority parking at the Events, pit access, paddock passes, hospitality etc

Team Modena will erect their marquee and will be laying on coffee/refreshments etc.

All Supercar Owners are welcome (along with their passengers)

I'll be up for as many as possible, but can't give a committment to any right now ! (sorry!!)

These events will suit my plans for the GT2 which is to be semi-retired (this saturday) and kept for just such occasions(following the purchase of a new oil-burning but nice steed)

(don't even start with the small-engine stuff moz!!)

Hi All

I've dusted dowm my Murci after its hibination, well apart from its little visit to Graham @ Lambo HW over Xmas for its little roof job/service/ and some colour changes to the wheels..... they now look mint!!

Thanks Steve for the poke in the ribs ref the Le Mans meetings. I am up for Oulton Park, Silverstone and Donnington. Don't think I dare ask Mrs G to go to Brands Hatch as we get married on the 12th July!!
I will check to see if Kevin ( Ferrari 360 modena owner but sh*t with a computer) is up for it too.
