Hi there,

My partner and I are collecting our first Maserati from Meridien tomorrow - it's their ex-demo Giallo yellow GranSport. Would any GranSport owners like to share their driving/ownership experiences? We were originally looking for a low mileage, cherished, 3200 Assetto Corsa but soon changed our minds when we drove this GranSport!

Have owned/driven TVRs for over 15 years but really like the quality feel of the Maser! It's an impressive car and the rear seats are amazingly comfortable for six foot adults.

Can't wait for tomorrow ;-)

Congratulations, thats a fine choice! smile

Pop over to www.maseratiforum.co.uk, there's a few late-plate GS owners on there and lots of info on ownership, well worth a read.

Good luck tomorrow

GranSport is awesome! Not just aesthetically beautiful but great quality, fun to drive and sounds fantastic. Not as raw as a TVR but a very capable all-rounder - which can seat 4 adults in comfort.

Welcome to the GS club! And good to see that someone has finally taken ownership of the giallo Gransport ;-)

Mine's an odd colour (Rame Ghibli) so I can sympathise with standing out!

Great colour Patrick. I adore the Giallo yellow paint on our car. It's the closest colour combo to a TVR as we could have got! My 1971 Vixen is finished in Lotus Yellow and the strong colour really suits its curves. We looked at the silver GS next to it - twice the mileage for the same price - but preferred the yellow. Glad we brought it home ;-)
