Lamborghini Jalpa - how not to advertise!
Discussion
I recall this same joker having tried to sell on a blue Countach Anniversary for a profit before.
Seems he's now doing it with a Jalpa.

The fact the original advert is still in the classifieds at £3k less doesn't help.

I also know it is not the last RHD Jalpa too

At least that Anniversary has now gone to a very good home - I spoke to the owner yesterday, the only problems he's having is with the drivers side bulkhead speaker making odd noises as he drives the car and a very nasty-sounding cold!! I said that he should just turn the radio off, press the big loud pedal under his right foot and take a bucket of Lemsip before bedtime...
That chap on the south coast who sold that Anniversary and who is selling the Jalpa has been an occasional caller over the last year or so as well... a tad too forceful, at least on the phone, from memory but perhaps that's something to do with the sea air down there, although a certain other very senior LCUK person lives within yards of much the same stretch of the coast and is really quite quiet as a rule, go figure...
Why dress up what's potentially already a pretty good car (at anything like that kind of price) with unsubstantiated claims about its provenance?
Also, as you know Craig, if they really are factory-fit Silhouette wheels, proper fitment tyres are no longer available and slightly larger rubber has to wedged on... Proper spec. Silhouette rubber wear is either actually on what few Silhouettes there are or else is rotting quietly away in some lock-up somewhere!

I also inhabit another forum called Lamborghini-Talk. There was a recent thread about this very car, debunking the whole 'last RHD car' theory.
Raymond, is a font of knowledge on this particular model. I'd think twice before takingany one else's view.
