Does anyone have any experience of these cars ?
I'm looking to buy one circa £145, say a 57 plate...

I noticed Edinburgh had one, and ex demo...
Who's worth speaking to up there ?

Any help would be appreciated.

not massivly louder than the normal gallardo, accelerate faster than a normal gallardo.

the lifting systim is worth going for if you can get it, will just protect your front bumper

i think the carbon package looks great and is well made but costs a fair bit for what it is. I am pritty sure tha standard exhaust is fine on track days.

ps. the SL looks very sexy on white

Don't have the cf interior pack : there's already plenty of cf, so I saved the £ for petrol.
For £2k, the lifting gear was a no-brainer given the rate at which speed ramps are springing up down here.
Don't do track days, but did drive G and SL back to back : SL is not noticably noisier inside, just different, until you use the last 2k revs.
No experience of L Edinburgh. L Brum have been excellent.
Me thinks you need a decent test drive. What are you pedalling at the mo ?

Has anyone got any opinions on the ceramic brake option?
So far, excellent on track. On the road, they work fine, just harder to modulate

What do you think of the car overall. I want one primarily for track use and some European hooning. Any must have options you would recommend?

If it is primerially for track use get the ceramic brakes, it will be worth the extra cash as you will reduce the brake fade/ loose it all together

Very happy with it. Only had the one day out at Brands Indy but it was faultless IMO, and its always an occassion to drive. My only word of caution is if iff you are tall. I'm 6ft and its fine to drive generally, but wearing a helmet puts my head into the roof. I had to remove the seat cushion so that I could sit in it comfortably with the helmet on.

I also bought it for track use and European hooning smile. As regards options to have:

Superleggera Rear Wing - necessary, I dont know, but makes the car IMO
Carbon Ceramic Brakes Black - a must for the track
Lifting System - I dont have it, and have coped without it, but probably handy
Multi Media System + Navagation System + Bluetooth - worth having for those long trips, neat system
Rear View Camera - dont have, and I hear its not that useful. I've found no issues parking without it
Steering Wheel In Suede Leather - I like this option, a nice feel on track
Steering Wheel In Perforated Leather - see above
4 Point Harness - I dont have, and whilst I'd like to have it, you cant have the the standard belts and the harnesses together. I found the seats with the standard belts nicely supportive on track
On Track Tubolar Frame Unit - I dont have it and dont miss it, it takes up space
Floor Mat Superleggera - very handy for those dirty feet
Interior Carbon Package Superleggera - I dont have but wish I had, big fan of carbon and whilst theres plenty in there, you cant have too much
Fire Extingusher - dont have, but no doubt handy
Tyre Repair Kit - freeby, why say no

Good luck
