Anyone taken the plunge for a GranTurismo S yet?

After spending a good hour or so on the Maserati stand at the Geneva Motor Show, drooling over the 'S' I am very, very tempted

I keep telling myself NOT to go anywhere near my local dealer!

Maserati have just sent me 2 copies of their excellent Granturismo & Granturismo S brochure - so they're slowly reeling me in!

I am also frequently found by Mrs Bonne Route 'exploring' their configurator web page.

I don't know how much longer I can resist

Yup... been offered a Sep 08 prod, but I'll go for a 09 prod slot, as the word is they will come with some enhancements.

I confess I had to look it up but that is an incredibly striking and imposing piece of design...

I'm going to see my local dealer on Saturday and have arranged a demo in the standard car. I'm assuming that the standard car will give me a good base from which to judge the "S" upon. I love the looks already and really glad with the minor visual tweaks they've given it, seems to add a bit more aggression without looking like its trying too hard (DBS anyone?!). Spot on in my opinion However, what's really got me going is the 4.7L V8 and 599GTB gearbox. It should be epic. Troesma, any more info on the 09 enhancements? I'd like to be able to quiz the dealer on this. Cheers.
