Hi guys

I know the little button alters the damping between comfort and sport. does anyone know if it affects throttle response as well? Seems to be sharper all round when it is pressed.

I think you are benefiting from the general Glow of having an F355 smile
The suspension button doesn't have any effect on anything other than the suspension and TBH I am not sure I could really tell any difference in the suspension settings either! I believe it automatically changes to sport over a certain speed (not sure how fast) but I just keep it on sport anyhow smile

On the cars with F1 gearbox it definately speeds up the gear change.

I thought as much and like you, the difference in comfort between the 2 modes is marginal!

On a 96 car, switching the button on the console puts the car in comfort mode, its already in sport mode as default. As far as im aware this was reversed on the later cars. Doesnt do anything but alter the damping rates, unless on F1 car.

I often wondered which way it goes. Mines a 96, and I cant tell much difference. So if the orange light is on in my 96 spider does that mean its in comfort or sport?

I use mine on bad roads, takes the shock out of the ride a decent amount.
