Maserati Wheel stud patern

I've been trying to get a compact spare wheel for my 4200 Coupe' as I don't trust the foam and dont want to destroy a repairable tyre if I use it.
I tried to but a new one through Eurospares but it seems that there are none available right now.
I dont really want to fill the boot up with a full sized wheel.
So Question. Is the stud pattern the same for any other brand of car that may have a compact spare available, ie Ferrari?

The PCD is the same as a Ferrari........and also the same as a Volvo 850 T5, suggest either looking out for a 308 space saver or something from Volvo
