wait 'till it goes to court and the Ferrari cock gets let off for being rich. And have you considered the biker was out on a Saturday drive down the A456 and was going way too fast and that's why the Ferrari pulled out because he didn't realise the Biker cock was doing over 100mph??

We can all speculate...
Ferrari driver might not have looked, biker might have been doing a silly speed.
I suspect this is only being considered worthy of discussion because it involved a Ferrari. Had the Ferrari's place been taken by a Corsa 1.2 driven by an old lady the self-appointed experts would doubtless be directing their vitriol at the biker and there wouldn't be a thread about it on PHeads.
Ultimately the truth won't figure in the outcome - It'll be a battle of who has the most 'witnesses' against who has the best lawyer.

No they don't my point was it's been decided the Ferrari driver is to blame simply because he drives a Ferrari LOL
Unless you witnessed the accident which nobody here has how can you point fingers, annoys me that.
My point exactly - thats why I asked the question if the OP was standing right there and saw the accident happen.Unless you witnessed the accident which nobody here has how can you point fingers, annoys me that.
Summary of the accident (i.e. Ferrari's fault) and blame for this came from someone who didn't even see the accident happen and was told about it by one of the bikers (who I would pretty much guarentee didn't see it properly either) who's friend just got knocked off and is maybe looking to blame someone other than his mate.
Perhaps the Ferrari driver didn't look, perhaps the biker was going way too fast and was not there one moment and there the other - there are dozens of reasons.
By all means speculate but dont blame people for accidents that you didn't even see happen.

I'm wondering how fast the bike would have to hit the car to cause that much damage. I would guess substantially more than 60 mph - anyone know?
Exactly my point.Ban bl**dy bikers
Such nice car to be written off. ShameAlso, the damage is to the rear quater of F car, does it not mean biker's fault? F driver can declare that bike din't keep up the distance
