No pic in the ad, but from the description, it looks like a good car.
The price seems reasonable and in today's climate, should be negotiable. Good luck.
Not the best resale colour combo, however I personally love that colour.
Go for it. Life is too short!

If you are a fan of grigio as a colour, this one looks good value and IMHO looks cool.

I have been following the prices of these recently and this one seems really high. I guess this can be attributed to the official Ferrari dealer tag much like the Porsche OPC pricing, but maybe it gives you extensive room for negotiation in the current climate.

the red is nice but i think discrete is the way forward, the porsche turns too many heads!

the next question is will i be so hated in the 360 as i am in the porker!

i go out in my merc and nobody looks twice at me!! in the porker i seem to be the anti christ!

That's my car...

It does have official warranty as I bought it recently from Meridien, and as such is absolutely perfect. I had it serviced a couple of months after purchase so I made sure it was so!

Not convinced about selling it as it's so lovely, but fancy a 911 GT3 (Mk1) again.

I've never had anything other than the thumbs up when out in the 360, even get let out of side roads etc. Get the F car.

I HAD A 993 TURBO - went 360 f1 hated it (felt such a breakable car after a porker) within 6mts it had to go, now back in a GT3RS (Viper Green) if you must have a ferrari go - 430 manual
(they'll be giving away 360's in crackers before long !

I see lots of 911s in Edinburgh so I thought they were quite common. I never get dirty looks in my 360 there. Glad you are tracking the 911 at KH. See you there sometime.

If you think a porker gets looks wobble for the love of god don't get a Ferrari - or worse a Diablo hehe

Incidentally, the Diablo posted above is at Amari - Search for all the threads here about them and then turn 180 and go to Top Gear Cars instead who are higly reputable.

For that money, for me, it was a no brainer - Diablo every time!

However, the attention is off the scale and you will have people stepping out into the streets in front of you to take photographs and film you going past! You will contantly see cameraphones flashing in cars as you drive past and people will perform unbelievable acts of stupidity just to get close enough to simply LOOK at the car (they rarely want to race - they just want to see it or hear it!)

Girls will follow you to get a look at YOU! (Yup - you read that right!)

The 360 will definitely be a bigger headturner than the porker but won't get the same kind of attention as the Lambo at all.... You will still be able to flirt with girls in other cars though wink

I've had very few negative reactions to the Diablo (or Esprit) - nor have I seen negative reactions while in my friend's Ferrari. People are more discrete about looking at the Ferrari - they don't want to be 'caught' doing it.

People don't give a s**t about being seen looking at the Lambo (or even the Esprit) as they've 99% certainly never seen one before in their lives and just gawp! Girls are too busy having all the right buttons pushed and want YOUR attention!

If you're disliking the attention, might I suggest something in an Audi RS6 - completely invisible.

Or move to London wink - Porsches are invisible here too. tongue out

Thanks for the input guys, the decision has really been taken out of my hands now by the sums

2003 996 turbo, 27k miles, full psh, most of the options, bought from www.kennydunn.co.uk 50k

New coilovers / brakes / turbos /intercoolers / Oem GT2 snout / Misha GT2 rear wing / techart wheels / BBS lm wheels / rear wing / ect ect 25k

takes the car to about 75k out, now i dont expect to get that back, even though i have all the std parts, but i am getting offered nothing for the porker as a trade in, and i am not going to drop 40+k on a car in a year, so i will be sticking to the 996 for the foreseeable future!

Thanks for the input thought!

Cheers RG
