Please bear with me here - posting here because I imagine that some of you hold 'fleet' insurance.

Can people please suggest the right people to talk to about this?

There are a few cars in the family (and one or two still to come along shortly), so obviously I'd like to get the best deal...

Many thanks for your time.

Cant recommend Michael Ward highly enough - they do a multicar for my CS and R8 - and I literally fell off my seat at how good the price was!

That was a genuine question. I'm not saying MW sell rubbish policies at Tesco Premiums.

Just adding my YES to Chris at MWA. Got both my 'fun' cars on one policy with him. It was going to cost me £300 for the Veranti insurance, but I just got it added to the Ferrari policy for £50!!!

Are you not worried that £50 is slighly cheap? My point is you pay for what you get.

we are not talking about cheapo , tesco/elephant'esqu bull$hit insurance ... We are talking about premium policies delivered by Michael Ward associates where they don't take the piss out of their clients on their premiums .

I don't even bother asking , or even consider getting a counter quote these days ... Just a quick call to Chris @ MWA and the fleet is updated.

There was once a time when I was in LA , and needed to extend my Chubb fleet to include a car over there ... so I spoke with Michael @ MWA on a Saturday evening whilst he was at the football and he sorted it .

now that is service.

i work in insurance, although this area is not specialist field, but certainly in the case of property you cannot insure houses in the US from the UK as the insurers do not have the relevant permissions. It always causes headaches for me as you get an upset customer when i say i can't help! Seems a little interesting that you can insure a car in the US on a UK policy, maybe MWA have some special deal?

there are so many insurance policies around these days it's all rather confused.com! i pick the one most likely to pay my inevitable claim!!

Interesting that he can insure a vehicle in America on an English policy on a Saturday night at a football match when insurers are closed and no cover note books to hand!

But if you have your brokers mobile phone number, then you can!

Another "big up" for Michael Ward. He rang me last week on my mobile-from his mobile, said any changes to the policy, said got 3 points this year, but apart from that no. Job done, no messing. Easy.

Don't even think about taking a chance with crap insurance companies-just wait till there is a claim and then see how much you save. You won't and it will be grief.

J5 will explain when he had his Porker stolen years ago......
