Hi
Am looking to buy a Khamsin. Looked at a couple so far whihc didnt appear to be what I had in mind, but perhps it's an education process!
Idealy am looking for a mint original or restored manual car with a very sound engine. As i understand a good engine shoudl have compressions of 160. Ones that have been left for a while or have high mileage may be a lot lower. I consider the comprssions to be very important as dont want to go for an engine rebuild. Happy to listen to any other advice on this. I think like most engines of that era they need rebuilt about 40,000- 60,000 miles?
Also bodily am looking for a rare no rust or restored.
Happy to pay what i need to get one and do appreciate these cars are rare.
If you know of one or have one please pvt me
