Whats peoples opinions on here of Countach replicas?

I could afford a real one, but I want to be able to use it more often than I have done the 355, but putting miles on a real car affects aftersale value a lot, and parts aint cheap either.

Obviously it would have to be an exact replica and still with a good engine in it. Anybody driven both a real one and a replica?

Same story on a GT40 replica, like those too.

Really impressed with the hand-formed aluminium shell. Shame about the momo seats etc.
Ten years in the making? Expect he's been through a few wives during that time then.

I totally respect the ability and effort involved. I agree with Pete about the seats and am not convinced about the choice of engine personally...
