Bit strange that the PH ad says location is in the north east yet the ebay ad says location is Bristol. The explanation regarding the interior colour is also a bit odd. Factory orders are not delayed by standard interior colours choices which black or crema both are

Check the sellers last few transactions, some handlebars for a bike at £10.50 and then other bike bits? Possibly a hijacked account with a cut/paste of photos lifted from the web?
