red warning light on Gallardo

Driving down the motorway, CAT warning light comes on for left hand cat, and cuts power to car, after 20 - 40 seconds clears, then a fews minutes later back on again, this carried on until I pulled off the motorway, then no CAT error, but a flashing engine symbol light with error on banks 1 - 5, 6 - 10 .. I'd guess a blocked injector?? or am i been hopeful?
