Reventon Vs Murci - Who would have had the Murci?

Afternoon all!

Ok... I have come to love the Murci - but it needed to grow on me. I think it's a really attractive design, if lacking in outrage

However I *instantly* loved the Reventon! It has all the outrage I would expect from a Lamborghini design.


What I am insterested by though is...


How many of you Murci owners would have still bought a "Murcielago" if it had looked like the Reventon from the get-go?




(Just as an additional - I also instantly loved the 'Reventon-isation' of the Gallardo in the LP560!)

I think the Reventon looks fantastic and if I was in the market for a new V12 Lambo I would pay a premium over the regular Murcie.

The best feature has to be the Countach style rear lights.


I still dont think its worth £1M though!

Not a Murci owner but I love it but not the reventon.

Could I have a Murcielargo with a reventon interior?

If not just a Murci and a LP560-4

A lot of dosh though just for that effect! A 2nd hand murci or diablo is still pretty effective for a tenth of the price.

No no... the question / theory was - If the Murci WAS the Reventon would existing murci owners still have bought it?

(ie the Murcielago as we know it had never existed and it had always looked like the Reventon - at Murcielago prices)

The answer is of course. There really isn't that much difference btween the murci and reventon especially when compared to the previous diablo. The overall concept and shape is the same really, it's clearly just taken to the extreme.

Yea and the question is weather the extreme version with an extra 10bhp is worth the extra 800k or so... If i had the money to have one I would, but I wouldn't be saving up for one!
