Burj Al Arab is probably the posiest place (if you can get across the bridge) but you're just as likely to see a fine selection of exotica outside the Hard Rock Cafe.

the only way you will get into the Burj is to book dinner or book a table at the bar (which isnt very lively). i didnt see any cars there - i presume you have to go to the car park - that may be difficult too

mall of the emirates normally has some stuff parked outside and there are various car dealers on the main sheik zayed road. might be worth trying the new atlantis hotel maybe there are cars there. if you go to buddha bar (which is worth going to anyhow) at the grosvenor house hotel there are about 6 ferraris/lambos etc parked outside always which are hire cars.

I heard it's a 3 month wait for a table in the bar for drinks at the Birj. Well worth it though as we had a cheeky trip down to the garage to check out the cars of one of the permanent residents there - veyron, slr, astons + more. Hell the hotel has a fleet of Phantoms!

there was no prob getting into the burj's bar when i was there, your hotel concierge should be able to sort out a table. wasnt really worth going for though - apart from they give you good canapes with your drinks. the bar itself was dull, hotel is in the worst possible taste inside but a magnificent building from outside

Ye Burj isn't too hard to get into.

Dune bashing even easier, there's tonnes of companies doing it. Get your concierge to sort that too.

You'll see some decent motors parked outside all the malls and in the evening around Jumeirah. Al Qasr hotel has a great evening buffet thing and there's usually some tasty automobiles parked outside there.

To get into the Burj car park you'll have to be sneaky.

As said before go to the Burj Al Arab, there's normally something nice parked there. You should also try the Mall of the Emirates, there's a few parking spaces at the main entrance (not sure if they are valet parking or whatever) but those are always Ferrari's and Lamborghini's etc.

There's quiet a few car dealers of the Sheik Zayed rd too, one of the dealers once had 2 Ferrari Enzo's in stock. I've also seen koenigsegg there before. Also the Grovner house near the Marina has normally got some nice stuff there too.

Anyway hope that helps, make sure you post any pics you get up here afterwards biggrin

the Royal Mirage hotel

out of all the places in Dubai, this hotel had the most array of amazing cars outside its reception every time i went (theres are 2 entrances however so you need to go to the main side)

they have a very nice coffee and shisha area too smile

I stayed in the Burj last time I was there, fantastic hotel, but not great for Supercar spotting. Harvey Nichols in the Mall of the Emirates had a Yellow Carrera GT, a 997 GT3 RS,. 2 lp640s, a 599 and several 430s/Gallardos and Maybachs.. In reality any set of traffic lights in Jumeirah will have a large assortment of exotica at it. If you really want to see some crazy stuff go to Abu Dhabi where the real money is...

I was there first couple of weeks in Jan - even at that time any hotel, cafe, mall, side street etc. is full of exotica.....but if you can get a hotel on Beverli Hills (local name for Jumeirah Road) which the Burj is off, then you'll be laughing....they cruise like there may not be a tomorrow......love it!

The Buddha-Bar at the Grosvenor is a good spot.
You wont see a lot of exotic cars driving round during the week as the trafic in Dubai is auwfull now but come the weekend {Friday/Saturday} they all come out to play.

The entrance to the hotel Kempenski (on shiekh zayed road,at the mall where you can go sking)alsways has serious stuff outside, while thier owners shop

book a table at the Burj Al Arab (has a great asian resturant)and go down to the underground carpark(but there is plenty to drool over at the main door also) - a maroon/cream Veryon and yellow Konexxx are just parked to the left(a nice security guy let me look around but not allowed to take pics)

Burj is a great night out,yes its chessy but for a car nut ist a nice way to spend an evening and keeps the missus happy as well!!

I was there last May, tbh I see better Arab cars in Knightsbridge than I did in Dubai. You won't have a problem getting a table at the Burj. Loads of nice cars scattered around the city but the Grosvenor usually had a nice selection. I didn't see as many high ticket cars as I thought i.e. Carrera GT, SLR, Enzo etc...

During my stay at the Burj appart from the fleet of RR's which were impresive, didn't really spot that many supercars.

See more supercars around London.

However great place, fantastic weather.

You will love it........

As above really; Burj is the best bet for some spotting - although Skeik Zayeed Rd (exotic cars garage can be seen from the main road - usually well stocked) and the Mal of the Emirates is also a good place to do some spotting; in the valet parking area.

Last time I went to the Burj - there were two veyrons outside, 2 blue SLR's, a couple of 599's and a Carrera GT in white .. the Mal had two Gemballa Cayennes, an LP640 and a few F430's.

Berj food is rubbish for the price, recommed afternoon tea and cakes instead !!

This thread has a few i took last year...as a few have said the Burj basement parking is where the real gems are hidden....once you're in just take the elevator to the basement and walk out in to the car park...if asked where you are going just say "to my car to get my phone" biggrin
