Hey guys,

Am about to put in an order for the new LP-670 smile Can't wait to get it, delivery seems to start in June, sounds right?

What colour do you think the car looks best in? Am thinking mostly about the orange or balloon white but am open for suggestions. Do you guys think the residuals of this car will hold well? Is there coming a new model soon or SV is as special as it gets?

Any tips?

Thanks!

The diablo SV has held fairly well relative to initial price. You'll lose heaps no matter what though. Yellow is the most synominous colour with the SV I reckon and give a great contract against all the black. Reckon orange is becoming less favoured than it was, although you could then buy my ORA176E number plate!

or the reverse of that - gloss black or even mirror-like Mason's black with matt black accenty bits...

and a very, very dark white interior.

...hmmmmm,

according to the official press release for the 670:

The transmission tunnel and the floor are made of carbon fiber, attached to the steel frame using rivets and high-strength adhesives. The roof and the exterior door panels are formed in sheet steel, while the remainder of the outer skin is made from carbon composite material.

which might look a bit patchy with no paint at all...

There was once at least one Zonda made with no paint - they made sure that the carbon weave was all mono-directional as much as possible and it looked the mutt's danglies, to say the least...
