Good afternoon,

Hopefully one of you gents can help me out.. I had the roof down yesterday unfortunately it won't go back up, any idea how I can either resolve the issue or put it up manually?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Mark.

Cant help in detail but you are not missing something silly are you? I remember i thought my M Roadster roof had broken but i had only just forgotten to place my foot on the brake. frown

What a pain regardless!

yes, the hand book details a procedure for this. Alternatively you can perservere with it for a while, just working the switch one way and then the other. You could check the hydraulic fluid level in the reservoir tank and top it up if required. There is a detailed procedure for this on ferrarichat.com. My car has beem laid up for the winter and lack of use has resulted in similar issues.

Thanks guys, ended up reading the manual for once and managed to raise the roof manually - turned out it wasn't too complicated.

Cheers,

Mark.

Hi Mark,

Slightly off topic, but this exact thing happened to me on my Maserati Spyder last week.

Turned out it was a 30A fuse that had blown, and knocked out all of the roof motors.

Replaced and working fine now, no problems since.

Don't underestimate the easy stuff and assume it's a serious problem!

Hope that helps!

Have you looked into why the fuse had blown?

Had major grief with my 360 hood recently, turned out to be a microswitch, well worth checking the fluid, and it could be advisable to do a reset with the switch under the bonnet.
