Can options such as the On-Board Computer, Bluetooth, or Glass Engine cover be retrofitted to a Gallardo?

I am sure they can but at a much greater expense compared with option cost when new.
Better to buy a car the right spec in the first place.

I was quoted 900 odd for adding Bluetooth onto mine by Lambo London. It may be possible to get an independent of some description to do it as well I expect as it's a VAG unit - Fontain quote about £600 for an Audi.

I'm pretty sure the nose lift can't be retro fitted though.

Call CraigyB on 07966 144318. He is a god when it comes to retro fitting Audi bluetooth modules and the Gallardo unit is the same one as an RS4 B7. He did my old RS4 for about 400 ish I think.

He's very highly recommended on the Audi forums.

Thanks. It seems that these items can indeed be retrofiited, albeit at some cost. Any thoughts as to whether the transparent engine cover is worth doing?

it depends upon if you want to see the best bit of the entire car, or just hide it away

I think I am just trying to justify doing it. It is eyewateringly expensive for something that will add little monetary value to the car, although aesthetically I think it probably adds a lot to the look.

you can't possibly cost justify a lambo anyway
if you want it, do it
they probably won't have glass engine covers readily available in the next life

ah...wisdom - how correct. There is no real way to justify it on a rational basis so I suspect I will do the irrational thing and just go for it!
