Is there any way of darkening the rear lights on Gallardo or is the only option the expensive Lamborghini option? Any ideas really appreciated.

if you take the units out you can buy some special spray from somewhere like halfords and just spray them, it sounds dodgy but ive heard that it works a treat! and itll only cost you £10

The product is called turbo tint. I used it on my 1987 d reg ford Orion when I was 17. Worked a treat :-)

If this isn't a joke. Be sure to prepare and mask the surfaces well, apply light coats of the product, allowing time to dry between coats. Use a clear lacquer for the finishing coat. This was eleven years ago and I got my dad to help!

No it is not a joke. I think the production lights look too light but do not want the expense of replacing with the Lamborghini stock darkened lights. I was wondering if there was an aftermarket film which could be applied and removed at time of sale.
