top up oil for 348

some quick advice please. i note that the guy's at qv use selenia when servicing my motor but i cant get hold of any of it today. car is a 348 spider. needs topping up now so whats the best alternative in the short term?

I thought QV used Shell?

last time i had a service, thay left half a tin of selenia in the boot if i remember correctly.

Any good quality fully synthetic should be fine as a top up.
