Well following on from this thread..

And after much debating whether I could afford it etc, and justify it. I still couldn't make my mind up. So on my daily 'PH Classifieds Hunt' I found THE perfect Gallardo for me. Deposit down, and flying the length of the country today and driving it home tomorrow! AAAH!

Someone tell me I haven't just made a huge mistake! Ha!

No, Clarkson didn't understand how to use the petrol cap button

iirc that was because Clarkson didn't realise that you had to switch of the ignition to be able to open the cap (whereas on the Ferrari you have to have the ingnition on to open it)

• Worst case scenario (very unlikely)... You get the car... It's f*ing awesome... Something goes wrong and you break yourself paying to repair it (etc) and are forced to sell. No matter what happens then; in future; or at any point in the rest of your life... YOU STILL OWNED A LAMBORGHINI!!!!! Very few people get to even SEE a Lambo, let alone go in one, drive one or even OWN one!

• More likely case scenario (pretty likely)... You get the car... It's f*ing awesome... You have the usual, run of the mill issues. it costs you a bit now and again but still, it's worth it as it's so awesome!

• Best case scenario (highly likely)... You get the car... It's f*ing awesome... You have absolutely no issues whatsoever above normal running costs and servicing. It's the most amazing thing you owned and you have a fantastic time!

No matter what happens from here on out - for the rest of your life:
