Getting a Supercar was the dumbest decision I've ever made!
Discussion
Getting my Esprit was completely irrational and driven almost exclusively by a childhood James Bond fantasy! It had brought me close to financial ruination on more than one occasion in the past!
Getting the Diablo was even more ridiculously ill-considered and rash!
They're both money drains in various forms.
They're impractical.
They're large and hard to get an opportunity to really enjoy to the fullest in the UK.
They're very likely to get me into trouble with our fine BiB!
They scream so much about you simply by owning them - even when you don't want them to.
...and I don't regret it for one second!
I have seen and done things I never thought I ever would; most people can only dream about and few ever even get to go near - let alone experience and be a full part of, first hand! (Tunnel Running, Driving with 2 Veyrons, Paris and back in a night, driving with 15 other Lamborghinis etc etc etc)
I've met huuuge quantities of people I never would have otherwise met.
I have been to places I would never have otherwise gonge to.
Indirectly / As a result I have also done many things I may never otherwise have done (Surfing, Snowboarding, Surfing on a Megaton Bomb! etc etc etc)
I have lived and experienced many "deathbed memory" moments!
...and it's all still going on!
Life f*ing rocks!

you forgot the bits where the depreciation and the running costs keep you asleep at night
where you worry about the weather lest all you hard work polishing comes undone
you forgot just how tedious saturday was
you're not looking forwards to cliveden or supercar sunday or goodwood or hedingham at all
just face it, you're just hyping up your big blue bus ( tm ) as you're about to sell-up
saddo !
