Southwest PH Charity Gatherings - June 21st & July 19th
Discussion
Hi,
We have organised two PH gatherings in the south west forum that hope to raise some money for the Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance, whilst giving us all a good day out including lunch and a blat around some nice roads.
They are:
We have a number of Ferraris, Lamborghinis, etc already attending but more would be fantastic!
Everyone is welcome, and in particular the older or rarer models that you don't see out on the road very often. E.g. 308s, Panteras, Guaras, Longchamps, Boras and Meraks, etc.
Despite my efforts I have yet to find a Daytona, F40, F50, Miura, LP640, Carrera GT, EB110, Lancia Stratos or 037 or other such special cars that can make it, so if you know any owners of these or similar please take the time to nudge them to come along!
Here is the thread:

It would be great if you could attend either events, or hopefully both!
Cheers.

Update
The event on Sunday at Sherborne Castle was attended by about 120 cars and raised almost £700 for the Air Ambulance. It costs £3500 per day to keep the ambulance flying, so this money is very sorely needed.

Thread with lots of pictures
After the main meeting we visited the Air Ambulance base to meet the crew. Whilst there we conducted a sound test to see who was noisiest - 1st was Macey in his TVR Tuscan (115db), who won the bottle of wine and Noisy Bugger trophy; 2nd was Foundy's Ferrari (113db) and joint 3rd was Duesey's vintage Lagonda and Chimtvr's Corvette (112db).
We also took pictures of our cars around the helicopter and the crew were kind enough to answer some of our questions, e.g.

Due to advancing time, the countryside drive suffered by a number of us made the trip down to the coast:
