Im not sure of the exact amount of Enzo ferraris that were ever made but every time one is written off, the price seemes to go up. I remember a few months back they were trading around the one million pound mark. I remember recently that someone destroyed another one of these lovely cars and Now I see on Amari super cars website they have one for 1.2 million pounds. I suppose its good for ENZO owners. Or am I totally wrong.

LONG time. Way over priced in comparison to other Enzo's on the market.

In fairness Enzo's have appreciated, this one however is way above market value

You can by a decent Enzo (sub 10K mile) for £650K.

Left hand drive.

Go and look up the Euro/£ fx rates on the dates you are comparing.

I.e. this car will have a wide appeal in europe and euro purchasing power has increased with respect to weakening £.

Its also black and I think they are quite hard to get hold of.

Sure.
Bear in mind, only a few of these cars will pop up sensibly priced at any one time. (because the other guys don't really need/want to sell).
Here's one right now: A few mates of mine in the trade, pointed me in the direction of the Red Enzo which is currently sitting in Maranellos (Egham). It was owned by an "interesting" chap who's er.."doing porridge" right now. I'm reliably informed he's turned down £600K but £650K will buy it...
Also contact, if you haven't already, David Ford who normally knows of a few priced sensibly.
The going rate of ACTUAL transactions (relating to cars that have been driven) is around €750,000 Euros,. Not much help now but a French car was sold recently for €720,000 Euros with just 2000km and the red one that Karl had on his website for ages sold privately for £650,000 and had 4000miles.

What alow of people in the UK miss is that the GBP has fallen back 10% since start of year but still want very high GBP prices. The cars in europe are getting more interesting but still leaves the trouble of knowing what foreign dealers to trust.

You man in the trade hasn't got all the info, the car at maranello is not for sale.

The car certainly WAS for sale. I suspect the 'legal' position relating to that Enzo may have changed and its reverted back to 'previous' ownership. It won't stay that way long and then its going to be one of the cheapest Enzos in the world. Ps, contact Tony Willis via Ferrari UK. He knows all the Enzos here and many in Europe. Essential contact as he arranged the delivery of all the UK cars to their owners as well....
