His & Hers Trackday @ Goodwood Bank Hols Monday 25th

Went to Goodwood last Saturday for one of their 105dB 5 cars on track days - only 16 cars there in total. Brilliant, friendly, educational day with all the track time you could want for and free instruction thrown in.

They were advertising a Mr & Mrs Trackday next Monday, 25th May where the ladies take the cars out in the morning and the gents in the afternoon. Me and mine are booked but they have very low numbers - so low that they might have to cancel.

Anyone interested? They'll cancel tomorrow afternoon if they can't get closer to 25 cars (than the 4 they currently have!!) Reckon they'll keep it on if they get 10 or more - all the track time, free instruction, breakie, lunch and fantastic cakes thrown in!!

I appreciate this isn't a FMLB post directly, but if your other half (male or female) has ever shown an ounce of interest in getting on track - this would be a perfect, gentle initiation!!

What a great idea. When I'm back in the UK in August I want to get some track days booked and Mrs Garyhun keeps saying she wants a go!!

Yeah, we came to the conclusion that might have been what caused the low numbers. Shame. I'm sure more partners (male of female) would love it if they just dipped their toes. I can't think of an easier event to get them involved.

Oh well. Cancelled now.
