Best Tyres for a Ferrari 348 or 355
Discussion
Reason for vagueness is that my 348 has 355 wheels fitted so I'm not just shooting accross the bow.
I've heard that choosing the wrong tyre will seriously affect the handling but can't remember where I read it. The article went something like "fit Bridgerellis and you'll be all over the road" but I can't remember which tyres I was told to avoid.
I understand that the 348 was fitted with Bridgestones as standard and mine are exactly that. O/E tyres for the 355 but if I'm honest it's a bit naughty in the wet. It could be that they're getting on a bit or that I'm a bit exuberant or simply expecting too much of the car in conditions to which it is not perfectly suited but I'd like to improve the situation if possible and any advice from those who know would be appreciated.
I've considered looking at some out of the ordinarys such as Hankook, Yokohama or Toyo for example but was wondering if anyone else had tried these?
Cheers in advance.

Goodyear F1s are superb tyres Dave if you can find them in the right size. Had them on the 911, great in the dry and the wet and they have a nice looking profile plus the little ridge to protect the rims slightly.
Having said that, and having been in Phoenix's GT2, I am going to try Toyo 888s next ... awesome awesome grip (not so good in puddles though - but you don't use yours in the rain anyway so no problem)
Had Pirelli p-Zeros on the Spider and they seemed fine, as do the Falkens that I currently have on the Berlinetta.

We have had poor high speed responses from Toyo proxys and and Kumho tyres on 348's (becoming unstable at speed), I have had no negative issues with Bridgestones but i do prefer the P zero's, however I very rarely get to try different tyres on the same car, handling characteristics vary between 348's. If I was buying I'd pop for the P zero.
