Lambo Needed for magazine cover shoot

Hi all,

My brother is a photographer for Redline and they need either a gallardo or Murcilago to set a lap time round Brunters on Sunday. They will cover expenses and feed you etc, and you will be driving, not them.

The feature is beat the Lambo! You will set your fastest laps on the Race Logic GPS sytem, and a few other modified cars will try to beat it over the coming months.

You also get to play round brunters to your hearts content, and some decent photos of your P&J.

if you can make it this sunday message me asap to get you booked in. Car can be standard or modified.

Infortuantly I can't help with the car, mainly becuase I don't have one. But that one of the Pacha VW Bus is brilliant. Where can you get prints of them? How much?

Sound like a fun feature. I know a few old fords that would give a Lambo a good run for it's money round there.

Lot of fun to be had round brunters, last time I was there my day was cut short by a clutch problem, I was gutted!

Well as the OP asked for a Lamborghini and traxx does not have his Superleggera any more does that mean that the arrival of his stunning new LP670-4 Super Veloce is imminent.

Doug let me be the first to say if you can't make it to this shoot at Bruntingthorpe and you ever want some pics taken then drop me a line and I'll be straight there.

just a thought; What sort of modified cars are we talking about?
is it a moot point? i.e. it doesn't matter what car sets the time the modified cars are going to hammer it?

Hi Guys thanks for the replies, somehow I've cocked up the date, it's friday 29/5/09. I hope Traxx could still help out (YHM). As a SV would be cool.

No Idea on the other cars, but when they did it against my r8 there was the Reyland Escort cossie for it's first run after being rebuilt after the gumball roll (and it crashed again). A motorsport elise, and a rally rep Intergrale.

Was an ejoyable day.

I've got the dates wrong (oops), it's friday 29/5/09. If Traxx is available in the SV that would be great.

Last time I did this in the R8 (poor lambo substitute), the competition were:

1. The reyland esort cossie - rebuilt after its roll in the gumball - crashed again after massive tyre blow out
2. motorsport elise from the championship
3. Grp A Evo Intergrale

Yep my mistake, its the LP560 Spyder just seen the pics over on PGT, looks great in White with the Red interior. Congrats Doug.

Yes he does do prints, give him a bell (number on website)
