360 Spider Roof cost?

Anyone have a clue how much a new roof is on a 360 Spider? Just curious

I would need to check but I thinks its about, £7k for the material, £7k for the frame etc.

Only if you buy it from ferrari. Many after market places charge around £1000 for a replacement roof.

There is not a problem with the trim just the mechanics under it - anyone know if a specialist who could do this kind of work? the car is with Marenellos for accessment now

Hi Turboguru, I had a problem with my spider roof, it wouldn't raise back up when after I had put it down and the hard cover was essentially 'stuck' half way up. After hearing a full main dealer replacement was around 18k for fabric and mechanism I nearly had a heart attack. However after taking it to Lancaster Colchester, they replaced a sensor in the mechanism and it worked perfectly after. cost 200 gbp and heart attack averted.

Apparently these small sensors (of which there is a few) can fail / get misaligned and the roof then will just shut down.
