The Police are stopping all Arab plated cars and asking them to change to UK font. Saw three cars stopped only last night.

Good good. I have to admit though it would be quite handy for the speed cameras wouldn't it!

I don't think they will pay even if on UK style plates. The main positive is e.g. god forbid they drive over someone they will be more recognisable. Rather than looking for a Lamborghini on Arabic Plates.

Noticed a few more "arab" looking cars today about London but with Q in the plate, like ***Q**, combo of numbers and Q- I assume Qatar?

Also had a nosey round that LP670 - got a photo of it sitting next to a matt black with yellow interior 640 outside Dorchester.
