"Ferrari Sacrificed to Save Boy's Life
July 7, 2009
A Ferrari F430 was destroyed in Dallas this week after the owner swerved to avoid hitting a boy riding a bicycle. Unfortunately, the Ferrari ended up in Lake Oakdale.
We commend the driver who didn't think twice about sacrificing his Ferrari (and putting his own life in danger) to save a child from injury. We assume the guy in the water is the tow truck operator. "

Odd question.
I doubt anyone would actually even think about the situation. They would swerve, that's human nature..
+1 Realistically you would either slam on your brakes or swerve before you even had to time to way up the situation. I doubt anyone would actually even think about the situation. They would swerve, that's human nature..
Saying that if the child caused the accident, his parents SHOULD legally be made to pay that man's insurance excess.
