Wot tyres for Gallardo?

Can anybody help? I need 4 new tyres for 2007 Gallardo Spyder. Currently has Pirelli P Zero fitted.
A couple of questions:
1) is it better to stick with the Pirellis which I guess were factory fitment or has anybody experience of other brands?
2) What is`the difference between Pirelli P Zero "Rosso" and "Nero" as both appear to have similar ratings but different prices?
Sorry 3rd question:
3) Can anyone recommend a good fitment centre in Surrey which will respect the rims?
