Ferrari 360 Policecar?!

There is a letter in this months Top Gear Mag from a guy that claims to have seen a marked Police 360 Modena on the M1 in Northhamtonshire.....surely this is a wind up it can't be true.Can it?

I know of Esprit Turbo's and have heard of a 355 but never a 360.
