After posting for a problem with the heater fan in my 360 modena....Karl from Verdi rang me up & told me of a few possibles it could be..Finally we chose the (what Karl calls) the hedgehog.. Posted out to spain because thats were the car lives,,
2 Hrs later of upside down hanging like a bat.. Fingers crossed HEY PRESTO.. Fixed.. Great service from some one i have never met or used, Cant speak highly enough of the service,,, Happy days again..A Satisfied customer ... GOLDIE

I agree, Karl is a top guy.
I went to see a car he had for sale, however I wasn't happy with it. Gave him my reasons and bought elsewhere.
some 8 months later I phoned for advice, and not only did he remember me, but he talked me through possible options etc, and even said I could use his workshop if I wanted to get the car on ramps and work on the car myself! absolutely top chap.
wouldn't hesitate in heading his direction for work or my next ferrari!

I spoke to Karl yesterday and told him when i grow up i want a job like his!!! he makes a million pounds a day, has an office full of gorgeous women and he deliberately made me buy my 355 from him!

That's not really an excuse but I do call eventually, but it's more convenient to mail 4 me
