Hi all,

just interested in your views on this article

Most astonishing thing was the dealers claim that 360's could well go below 30k in the next few years due to the numbers made

Is that really possible?

there`s a load of tidy ones kicking around now in the low 30`s.that`s the asking price.i wonder what prices actually end up at when there is a suitcase full of money dropped on the dealer`s desk?

They will botton out at £30k i reckon the start to rise in later years. I cant imagine seeing 360's at £25k.

I would love to think you are right but I can see no reason why prices would go up.
No recent mass produced Ferrari (i.e. more than a few thousand produced) has really gone up in price in normal markets.

Saw the article - the thing that stuck in my mind is what is predicted for the 599. He's picking £60k depreciation over the next three years!!!!

Apart from this one, they start at late £39k's so unlikely.

BTW - Sorry to see you're selling, any luck finding a replacement? Dare I ask what the trade offers you've had have been like?!

Hope you find your way into another Fezza! thumbup

way too many 355s made for any appreciation to be made - they MAY hold current value but engine out service relative to value will mean a lot of cut corners imho

Yes i can see why the ferrari specialist at Foskers, would that the 355 could increase in value within a few years. After all he and his company does sell and service them for a living. There very desirable cars indeed, regardless of how many were made. Which was half the numbers of the communal 360 Modena. Although i do like the 360CS concept, which to are currently loosing huge amounts to.

If you buy a new car and keep it for a year or a few years before registering it, then the reg no. issued will show date of 1st registration, not date of manufacture.

Your logic is quite obviously flawed -

Foskers sell both 355's and 360's (more 360's due to numbers made) so surely he would talk up the value of both cars, not state 360 values are on a downward spiral?

Fair do's, not in the market for a 360 so only went on what was advertised. Will your Mrs not come round so you can keep it? biggrin
