maserati khamsin windscreen wanted or to sell

My car has a water leak at the base of the windscreen which will have to come out to re seal. As there is a 50% chance of the screen cracking i will need to have a spare screen avaialble. I understnad it is a common problem/
Mine has CLEAR glass with no tint.
I have spoken to Anti the finnish glass maker who can provide one including shipping and charges at 1000 euro approx. the cost of making and shipping two would be about 1600 euro.
I would have to get the exact figures from him. Delivery is about 3-4 weeks.
He makes screens and glass for nealry all classic Masers/lambos and ferraris.

Is anyone interested in a screen? I think he can mix a clear with a tinted one? If so would be a joint order delivered to one address in the UK and we would pay cash up front before dispatch

McGraths have a screen in stock but its tinted and is £1600.

Do you not have windscreen cover on your insurance policy? If you do, I'd say it to them and let them worry about costs and issues.

thats true but actually getting one is more difficult than that| Problem is there are few about.
I understand that if there is accidental damage then my insurance should pay for it, the plan is to avoid damage but just in case I would like to order one in advance and would have to pa for it first. If it doesn't break then I would have a spare one. Cant claim if it doesn't break as that would be fraud and as a lawyer I am meant to be honest!! Honest!!!!
