Basically yes. Purely because more people want red. My Spider was yellow and I loved it. If I ever got a 360 I would quite like a yellow one, but they are few and far between. It is not called "re-sale Red" for nothing.
Having said that, the driver's seat of that £31k looks pretty tatty for 26,000 miles.

As a rough rule of thumb, the colour preferences for 348/355s usually go something like:
Red
TDF Blue (355)
Yellow/Black
Grigio Titanio/Silver
Then the rest, of which there are not that many
One guy here has just bought a 355 in the Italian equivalent of British Racing Green, which hopefully he got for a good price as it will be quite hard to move on - I personally think it looks fantastic though.

That will me with the racing green then! didnt pay a discount price on it because of the colour, but i was relaxed as it only had 6k on it...Red

When Jeremy clarkson went to buy his F355 he was determined to be different to everyone else and was not going to buy a red one.Red

He found Ferrari did a green metallic that he loved and decided on green metallic with chocholate brown leather.
When he thought about what he was going to say to the salesman, he kept repeating over and over again in his head "green metallic with chocolate brown leather, green metallic with chocolate brown leather...".
The saleman came over and asked "So, has Sir made his decision?".
In Clarksons mind he said "Yes,I'll have it in green metallic with chocolate brown leather interior".
What automatically came out of Clarksons mouth was "Yes, I'll have it in red with a cream leather interior!".
(There's a clip on Youtube of him doing a reconstruction of it).
As Burriana rightly points out the seat below is 26,000 miles

And here below is my old 88 328 26,000 miles in original tan

And my old cream 96 35,000 miles 355 in original cream

And cream/tan shows wear and tear plus dirt far worse than black. I am not saying the mileage is wrong it could be the owners liked sitting in it in their garages!
