F430 - quick service schedule question

Hi - looking to buy my first 430. Test drove a couple, first one sold without me, second was not too impressed with, partly for folowing reason, so still looking. See the service book suggests cars should have annual service even if low miles. But then notice that even in main dealer network 5k mileage cars that are almost 3 years old have sometimes only had 1 service. Any views on how important the annual service is either for the car itself or for resale? Thanks.

i found the same thing - i think needs to be looked at case by case. My one had not had an annual but had only done 600 miles over that year and had the major service as part of my negotiations. Others i saw had missed an annual where they had done 3 or 4k miles and were for sale by main dealers as FFSH

As lots of cars available only buy a car that has FULL history the car needs looked at minimum of every 12 months if the owner cannot be bothered to do that walk away.
