355 Dead battery help ASAP!

Yes just jump start it, it will be ok.
I have heard the stories my self about the ECUs being damaged. But you know what, its always what some ones heard 3rd hand. Never any one who has had one damaged, its like folk law.
I have been jumping mine when and if its been flat for 5 years. Just make sure you get the + & - the right way round, then crank it.

You'll be fine, use the jump points at the rear of the car (under the OS rear suspension cover) - only 3 bolts to remove it. then get an accumate charger to maintain the battery for you, Check your alarm siren battery (LED light should go off when engine is running) if it stays on you will either need to replace the whole siren or split it and fit a new battery.
