Urraco to Italy
Discussion
Dear all,
I have also just received my safety recall notice for my previous 355 from the factory, glad it's not just the old cars that keep spraying me in petrol.
Assuming I get it running for long enough, I fancy taking my P300 to Italy next year - perhaps via the Lambo factory, and certainly a nice drive down the coast. Problem is I do not fancy driving all the way through France and racking up mileage - anyone got experience of car trains or other comments on how to have a good week away in Italy ?

Driving an exotic across Europe and into Italy. Is some thing i have to do twice a year every year. I cant be catching bloody boats to cut out those great driving roads like the route napoleon ect ect. Sod the mileage i say, do the job properly i say
Its like running a marathon and starting it, catching a bus for 23 miles. Then running the last mile over the Finnish line. Thats IMO of course, not that i know much

I think both Urraco 250s and Ferrari Spider have summed it up
Classic Lamborghinis, Ferraris, Maseratis...they all need to be driven! Don't worry about the mileage, just enjoy the experience. Believe me, you will appreciate your car much more as a result
If you are going to Italy and pass the Finnish Line, ditch the sat-nav!
